Milli Eğitim Bakanlığınca (MEB), ilkokullarda ölçme-değerlendirme çalışmaları, test sisteminin tamamen sona erdirildiği “sınav değil, süreç odaklı” öğrenme yaklaşımını temel alan “öğrenci gelişim dosyası” üzerinden yapılacak.
